Refund policy

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately and provide the reason for your desired return. I will then provide a return code for you to enclose with the gown, upon receipt a refund will be issued given the following conditions are met: the gown must be: 

1)returned within two (2) days of receipt 

2)unused and undamaged; and

3) in original condition

Bridesmaid/Formal Gowns/Prom Dresses/ Flower Girl Dresses/Infant Dresses Store Policy: 

Exchanges only are accepted. If a size needs to be exchanged kindly send it back I am happy to send a replacement size. The gown must be:

1)returned within three (3) days of receipt
2)unused and undamaged; and
3) in original condition
