Refund policy
In regards to our bridal line, we normally do not accept returns. But given the nature of the importance of the fit and look for your big day and the difficulty of dress shopping during pandemic I am happy to address your concerns should you be unhappy with your purchase as I strive for complete customer satisfaction. With that said, I have put in place a temporary store policy! If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately and provide the reason for your desired return. I will then provide a return code for you to enclose with the gown, upon receipt a refund will be issued given the following conditions are met: the gown must be:
1)returned within two days of receipt
2)unused and undamaged; and
3) in original condition

Bridesmaid/Formal Gowns/Prom Dresses/ Flower Girl Dresses/Infant Dresses Store Policy:
Exchanges only are accepted. If a size needs to be exchanged kindly send it back I am happy to send a replacement size. The gown must be:
1)returned within three days of receipt
2)unused and undamaged; and
3) in original condition
